For You.
Relationship therapy isn't only for couples.
Many people seek therapy because they want to better understand themselves and the patterns influencing their relationships. You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from this work. You may be preparing for a relationship, recovering from one, questioning one, or simply wanting to change the way you show up in your existing relationships.
Sessions are currently offered online to individual adults across Australia.
