Meet Kylie

Understanding yourself is an important part of therapy, but insight alone is not always enough. Alongside reflection, I offer honest observations, practical strategies, and when needed, challenge patterns or perspectives where it feels helpful. My aim is to support you in making changes that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with your values.

I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities and relationship experiences. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment where conversations about relationships, sex and understanding ourselves feel normal, safe and free from judgement.

I believe the relationship we have with ourselves shapes the way we connect, communicate and experience our relationships with others. Whether you're navigating dating, a long-term relationship, separation, family dynamics, friendships or recurring relationship patterns, our work begins with understanding you.

Together we'll explore the beliefs, attachment patterns, emotional responses and experiences that influence how you connect with others.
